Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with L'ermitage. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. L'ermitage reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for L'ermitage to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. L'ermitage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Exchange instructions

We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange for to ensure you get the size/color you want. We will ship your new order to you immediately.  You can also email shop@lermitage.bg to assist with your exchange. When returning your items to be exchanged, be sure to include the original order invoice and complete the return/exchange information section. If you have already placed an order for the new item, complete the return section but check exchange and enter your new order number placed for purpose of exchange and we will credit your shipping. If you have not already placed your exchange order, please complete the exchange section including the new item you would like to have shipped to you and select exchange. Drop it in your mailbox or via your preferred shipping provider. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card for the original purchase. On an exchange, L'ermitage will happily cover the cost of shipping.

Ние много държим на репутацията си и желаем всичките ни клиенти да щастливи от покупката си. Ако по някаква причина дрехата ни не ви е доставила очакваната радост или просто изпитвате колебание, ние ще Ви предложим възстановяване на сумата или замяна в рамките на -- дни от деня на получаване.

Върнатите артикули трябва да отговарят на състоянието, в което са получени - да не са носени, изпирани, повредени или с липсващи етикети. Възстановяването на сумата се извършва до -- работни дни след получаване на върнатия артикул.

Пълната сума ще бъде възстановена обратно, използвайки метода на плащане при полупката. Сумата на доставката не подлежи на възстановяване.

Лермитаж носи отговорсност за изгубени продукти/опаковки по време на доставката им до Вас, но не и при връщане.

Инструкции за смяна

Препоръчваме Ви да направите нова поръчка на артикула, който желаете да замените, за да сте сигурни, че същият е наличен в желания от Вас размер. Ние ще изпратим поръчката Ви в най-кратки срокове. При връщане на артикула, уверете се че е заедно с оригиналната фактура и попълнен формуляр за връщане. При смяна на артикул, Лермитаж ще покрие разходите по връщането и повторната доставка.
